AST (Advanced Skills Training) Winter 2025

WHO: Boys and girls ages 8 - 14. Must be currently registered in either our Fall 2025 Recreational Program or the 2025 - 2026 Travel Program.

WHERE: Silver Street Park (indoor)

WHEN: Fridays starting November 21, November 28, and December 19

Ages 8-10: 6 - 7 PM

Ages 11-14: 7 - 8 PM

HOW LONG is each training session? One hour.

Cost: Free and only available for players currently registered in either our Fall 2025 Recreational Program or the 2025 - 2026 Travel Program.

We ask players attending to wear an SIU shirt and bring cleats, shin guards, ball, and water.
