📣 Travel Parent Meeting – January 28
For Current Travel Families Only
We’re hosting an important Travel Parent Meeting to help families feel informed, aligned, and prepared for the 2026 season.
📍 Slate Run Elementary School Gymnasium📅 Wednesday, January 28⏰ 6:00 – 8:30 PM (the meeting may not run the full time)
Families will hear directly from our Director of Coaching about what to expect this season, including:• How training and player development are structured• What families can expect from coaches and the club• The best ways to communicate and resolve concerns• How we create a positive environment for players, coaches, and referees
We’ll also review the USYS Age Group Alignment and how it impacts teams, players, and future competition.
The evening will wrap up with time for questions and discussion, giving parents a chance to gain clarity and better understand what’s ahead for the 2026 season.
We look forward to seeing our travel families there!
