What This Meeting Will Cover

Families will hear directly from our Director of Coaching about what to expect for the 2026 season, including:

• How training and player development are structured

• Expectations of coaches, families, and the club

• Communication pathways and how concerns are addressed

• How we foster a positive environment for players, coaches, and referees

We’ll also review USYS Age Group Alignment and how it impacts teams, players, and future competition.

The meeting will conclude with a Q&A and open discussion, and the session will be recorded and shared for families unable to attend live.
